general
✉ ... I reserve the right to change these Terms of Service (ToS) how/whenever without previous notification.✉ ... I am in no way obligated to take any commission or disclose the reasoning for not wanting to do so.✉ ... I can, and will, cancel a commission at any point in time during the process. This is rare, and is typically due to failure to pay and/or behavior.✉ ... Changes, denials, and cancellations will most likely always come with an explanation.✉ ... Continuous problems with a commissioner will result in their placement on my Gray/Blacklist.✉ ... I work on my queue chronologically based on when payment is received.✉ ... I send a minimum of two (2 ) Works in Progress (WiPs ) for most all commissions. The first (1st ) is of the sketch, the second (2nd ) is of the final lineart. A third (3rd ) may be sent of the flat colors if the reference(s) were not clear.✉ ... I do not offer WiPs for Your Character Heres (YCHs ).✉ ... Feel free to ask for updates in between the ones I offer, but please be considerate and patient when doing so. Responding takes time away from working on yours and other's pieces.✉ ... I host finished pieces for one (1 ) week after completion before removing them from Sta.sh, so please ensure you save the file(s).✉ ... I allow liking/sharing the posts containing your piece(s); uploading credited piece(s) to Toyhou.se (pawts), FurAffinity (soppypots), and/or a personal Facebook (pawsprouts); using credited piece(s) as personal graphics such as icons/sidebars/ect.✉ ... I do not allow using your piece(s) to train AI, turning your piece(s) into NFTs, or uploading (un)credited piece(s) to Twitter or Instagram.

Feel free to request my Discord in Direct Messages (DMs ).✉ ... Please do not ask if a YCH is available or if my commissions are open. The status for these are almost always up to date, so go ahead and put in your order.✉ ... The form is in no way a requirement. It is mostly a helpful guideline for the information I will need to complete your piece(s).✉ ... If something you are interested in having me draw is not listed in my Wills/Won'ts, don't be afraid to ask. It'll likely be a "yes".✉ ... Fandom characters do not need directly linked references, as long as they are requested by Name/Series (I.E. Ed/FMA, Makoto/Free!, Reki/Sk8, etc.). Make sure to clarify if there's anything specific you would like (I.E. Briggs Arc!Ed, Future Fish!Makoto, Reki in [illustration link], etc.)✉ ... Original characters must have a clear, Safe for Work (SfW), unshaded, and fullbody visual reference. Minimal/simple shading (such as cellshading) with a palette is acceptable, but I will not work with a soft-shaded reference.✉ ... Text-only references may be considered on a case-to-case basis for an additional fee.✉ ... Payment
✉ ... All prices and fees are in USD.✉ ... I accept Ko-Fi for amounts under $5, and Paypal (Invoice) for amounts $5 and over.✉ ... For orders of $20+, split payments (half upfront, half upon completion) may be requested.✉ ... For orders of $50+, payment plans may be discussed.✉ ... There are no due dates on payments/invoices. However, if payment is not received within thirty (30) days, without prior notice, the order will be cancelled and the individual will be placed on my graylist.✉ ... Payment must be complete before the finished piece is sent.
Edits

Fees

Refunds
✉ ... The price of a commission covers not only the finished piece, but also the experience and time spent creating it. As such, a majority of refunds will have a percentage retained as compensation.✉ ... Refunds are based on how much work is completed. The sooner one is requested, the more will be returned.✉ ... Partial Refunds will be available until colors are finished.✉ ... Full Refunds are only available before work has started.✉ ... If a refund is issued, rather than requested, an additional 10% Inconvenience fee will be withheld.✉ ... in the event of a refund of any kind, artwork—regardless of level of completion—will not be sent.
